This is the title of a book I found on my mother’s shelf in her office. It is written by a Dr. Roger J. Williams and was published back in the seventies. My curiosity got the best of me so I took it home to read over the summer. I’m curious to see how far medical insights into diet and nutrition has advanced in the past forty years. Also, if it is scientifically sound, it should have some direct application into my dietary regimen. Will update once I get past the first chapter.
